The first thing to know about Windsong is that we are NOT a kennel or a facility. Our puppies are raised INSIDE our home with our 5 children. They receive round-the-clock care from birth until they join their new family at 8 weeks.
Our puppies are loved on from their first day of life by children, cats, and most of all me! At 4 weeks, they move to our living room, where they can observe and interact more closely with our family. By the time you pick your puppy up at 8 weeks old, he/she is used to the noise and commotion of daily life in a busy family home.

We are committed to breeding genetically sound dogs and providing the world with healthy puppies. We raise our pups in a pristine home, favoring a holistic lifestyle including providing only the best. Our team does not take shortcuts. We go above and beyond to make sure each and every client has the support they need to replicate this at home.
Before you receive your pup, we can guarantee they have been nourished with a high-quality diet, twice-filtered water, proper supplements for optimum support and growth, and that every parent dog has the necessary genetic testing (which is our key to raising healthy puppies).

The happiness and well-being of our moms, dads, and puppies are extremely important to us. All of our breeding dogs live in our home or in loving guardian homes with their forever families.
Our puppies have so much fun during their first 8 weeks of life with us at Windsong. They offer daily enrichment and a comprehensive curriculum that encourages our pups to be confident, well-socialized, and unfazed by the world outside the confines of our loving home.
We believe there is a right and wrong way to breed. We are not a kennel; all of our dogs are well-cared-for and cherished family members.

We are located in the heart of Southern California, serving families from Aspen and throughout Colorado But the most important thing to know is that we are a family, not a kennel or a facility. We have five kids and a very busy, loving household. Our puppies are born and raised right inside our home, underfoot and in our arms. By the time they head to your house at 8 weeks, they’re already used to the "beautiful commotion" of daily life—the vacuum, the kids playing, and even our cats. We think that makes them the best kind of well-adjusted family companions.

Think of it as a head start for a great life. We don’t just "let them grow"; we follow a specific curriculum that includes ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and confidence-building exercises. We want our puppies to be brave, smart, and intuitive. This early work is why so many of our dogs go on to be amazing therapy or service dogs, but honestly, it’s just as important for a puppy that’s simply going to be your best friend. It makes them calmer, easier to train, and much more connected to their people from day one.

We would love that! While we’re based in SoCal, our "Teddy Bear" puppies have found families all over the West, from Scottsdale and Aspen to Seattle, Park City, and Santa Fe. We offer a wonderful "white-glove" flight nanny service where your puppy stays right with a real person in the cabin the whole way. Just keep in mind that since this is a personalized service, travel is an additional cost on top of the puppy price. We handle all the logistics so you can just focus on getting the house ready for your new arrival.

We prioritize scientific integrity, which means every one of our parent dogs must pass their "big three" OFA tests (Hips, Heart, and Patellas) and full genetic DNA checks before they ever have a litter. That’s one of the main reasons we love this breed! We specialize in that iconic "Teddy Bear" look—the blocky heads and the plush, wavy coats. Most of our puppies are F1B or Multigen, which are the best options for families who need a low-to-no shedding, hypoallergenic dog. While no dog is 100% allergy-proof, our lines are specifically bred to be very friendly for people who usually sneeze around dogs. You get that soft, "hug-a-cloud" feel and the "velcro-dog" personality without finding hair all over your sofa.
