  Your puppy stays in the cabin, tucked under the seat or in the nanny's lap within a TSA-approved carrier. They are under constant human supervision from the moment they leave our living room until they reach yours.

Do you ever ship puppies in cargo?
Never. We believe in scientific integrity and emotional health, and the stress of a cargo hold goes against everything we stand for. Every Windsong baby travels "First Class."

• Can I pick up my puppy in person?
  Absolutely! We love meeting our families. Whether you’re driving from San Diego or flying in for a quick "turnaround" trip at the airport, we are happy to coordinate an in-person hand-off.

• What is the cost of a flight nanny?
